Anti Social Behaviour - Conerns of youth annoyance in the area

Patrols to be made in the area, any youths causing problems to be spoken to, ASBO referals to be submitted where necessary.

Road Safety-

Parking Issues - Concerns regarding the parking problems outside all the schools in the Cefn Cribbwr and Pyle areas

Patrols to be made across the wards at all the schools. Drivers to be spoken to and advise given regarding their parking. Liaise with the school to assist in informing the parents / guardians of the children.

Road Safety-

Traffic Issues. Numerous traffic issues highlighted - Speeding, Mobile phone use, inconsiderate driving

Patrols to be made, liaise with Traffic and specialist departments to assist. Tickets to be issued where appropriate.

There has been a recent spate of dwelling burglaries in the borough where burglars are breaking into houses, taking the car keys and stealing the car and other posessions.

Home Fire Safety Checks

South Wales Fire and Rescue Services carries out approximately 6000 Home Fire Safety Checks and fit approximately 12000 smoke alarms in homes throughout the area each year.
