Though New Year’s resolutions are best known for the speed at which they are forgotten, the Wales Centre for Health believe that making a few changes to your lifestyle can have a positive effect on your overall health.
To coincide with the season for self-improvement, the Wales Centre for Health is launching a new campaign called ‘Healthy Me / Iechydi Mi’asking the public for their top tips for keeping healthy, in return for which they could be in with a chance to win a tailor-made exclusive spa break at a luxury hotel in Wales.
From the obvious – like getting your 5 a day or swapping white bread for wholemeal – to the unconventional tips such as chewing raw garlic at the first sign of a cold (though we do suggest you stop when those around you can no longer bear it) the Wales Centre for Health wants to hear from you!
