Kenfig Hill annual fun day

Pc Lloyd Munday with Pcso Nerys Lloyd and Pcso Richard Couch with the traffic car

On August the 6th Kenfig Hill annual fun day opened by par Olympian NATHAN STEPHENS, who was given a slate plaque from the Chair K. John Community Councillor after opening the event to commemorate winning a gold medal and becoming world champion at the javelin throwing.

There were stalls, fetes, raffles, competitions, and music provided by local youths. PCSO Lloyd arranged for the local traffic officer PC Lloyd Munday to pop in and allow locals to have photo opportunities in the traffic car and deafen members of the public playing with the sirens. It allowed members of the public to ask PC Munday questions about his job and most commonly about the fast traffic car and all its gadgets.
