On Tuesday 16th February officers from Caerau NPT and Sector Inspector Steve Evans attended an Open day at Blaencaerau School. The event was to show possible developments for the school as it is no longer in use, but Caerau NPT used this opportunity to help the children in Caerau Stay Safe on their bikes. |

PCSO Philemon and PCSO Wesgate were asked to help out in Clych Meithrin Nursery, a welsh nursery based at the Tabernacl Church Hall in Porthcawl, as the children were learning about people who are there to help. |

| Operations crackdown on anti social behaviour | |

Anti social behaviour crackdown within the Ogmore Valley following the success of Operations Benedict and Bellflower.
Following an increase in reported incidents of anti social behaviour being committed by local youths who were responsible for disabling First Cymru buses as they stopped to pick up and drop off passengers on Ogwy Street, Nantymoel members of the Ogmore Valley Neighbourhood Policing team (NPT) put together a special operation to deal with the problem. |

The Neighbourhood Policing team for Ynysawdre have been working with Bridgend County Borough Council’s (BCBC) Enforcement Officer to step up patrols of the local parks and playing fields - areas where dog fouling has become an increasing problem. |

| Triage centre set up for Six Nations party revellers | |

A triage unit will be set up in the town centre to treat revellers needing medical attention on Saturday 6th February, Saturday 13th February, Friday 26th February, Saturday 13th March and Saturday 20th March between 10pm and 4am. |
