Blaengarw youngsters are urged to attend a youth club at Blaengarw workingmans club, every Tuesday 18:30 - 21:00

Blaengarw Neighbourhood Policing Team PCSO Laura Reynolds has teamed up with the Blaengarw Workingmans Club Committee to provide Blaengarw youngsters aged between 11 and 16, with a weekly youth club.

The youth club, which has been running for a number of weeks, takes place every Tuesday evening between 18:30 and 21:00, at the Blaengarw Workingmans Club, offering a wide range of activities including Pool, Snooker, Darts, Films, and a Tuck Shop.

PSCO Laura Reynolds stated “The Neighbourhood Policing Team urge local young people to attend the Youth Club. So far the youth club has proved popular, and it provides a great opportunity to make new friends within a supervised environment. It’s another good example of how community partners are working collectively to enhance the quality of life for the local young people.”

PCSO Laura Reynolds continues “It’s great to see the local young people having fun, and it has certainly made a positive contribution towards keeping young people off the streets. And the young people enjoy playing darts, pool, and snooker with the Neighbourhood Policing Team.”
