Lee Briers looking forward to visiting Crusaders

Former Warrington Wolves and Wales skipper Lee Briers is looking forward to visiting Bridgend next year to take on Celtic Crusaders in Super League.


Celtic Crusaders offer Wales RU tickets

Celtic Crusaders to train in Australia

Celtic Crusaders are set to return to training at the end of this month, with their entire squad for Super League 2009 going into a tough three-week training camp in Queensland as they prepare for their first competitive match in February.

Dixon named as top boss

Celtic Crusaders’ coach John Dixon has rightly been awarded the title of National League One Coach of the Year by national magazine Rugby League World.


Crusaders under 18s

The new side is being coached by Andy Lindley, who has been involved in Welsh Rugby League at junior level coaching for nearly ten years and was one of the founders of this year’s Welsh Rugby League Conference Premier champions Valley Cougars back in 2001. He will be assisted by Stuart Williams, the current assistant coach of the successful Crusaders Colts side, Aled James, the Celtic Crusaders and Wales international centre and John Trickey, Cardiff Demons and Wales A forward and coach of the UWIC university rugby league side..


Wales win European Championship

Wales’ have won the Rugby League under 18s European Championships in Prague after beating France 38-24 in the Final.


Celtic Crusaders tag rugby festival

Celtic Crusaders in conjunction with Safer Bridgend and South Wales Police organised a tag festival on Friday 15th August at Porthcawl RFC from 6 till 9pm for children from around Bridgend aged between 10 and 16 years as part of operation Firefly.

Celtic Crusaders launch 2009 Season Tickets

Celtic Crusaders have announced their season ticket prices for their first season of Super League starting in February 2009 where the likes of Leeds Rhinos and St Helens will be making their way down to the Brewery Field in Bridgend.


Raising money for help for heroes fund

The Regimental Information Team of the Royal Welsh Regiment will be at Celtic Crusaders on Saturday for their match against Salford City Reds, raising money for their Help for Heroes fund.
