Crusaders Easter visit to the hospital

Celtic Crusaders’ players and staff made a special Easter hospital visit to children in the Princess of Wales hospital on Tuesday, to hand out Easter Eggs and sign some autographs.

Elan Thomas, aged 22 months mum is delighted to receive an Easter Egg from Lincoln Withers and Colyn the Crusader, watched by his mum Rhian, healthcare assistant Marion Vaulters and Zoe Lovett with 30 month old daughter Paige.

Crusaders plan new stadium

Celtic Crusaders Rugby League Club has experienced a meteoric rise in the world of sport going from National League Two to Super League in the last three years. This remarkable progress is set to continue off the field with the development of a brand new state of the art stadium for which the planning application was lodged with Bridgend County Borough Council this Wednesday.


Wear a white ribbon and help end domestic abuse

The Celtic Crusaders are backing a Bridgend County Borough Council-run campaign to tackle domestic violence.

Members of the Crusaders’ development squad have agreed to wear a white ribbon which is the international symbol for the Eradication of Violence Against Woman.

Celtic Crusaders tag rugby festival

Celtic Crusaders in conjunction with Safer Bridgend and South Wales Police organised a tag festival on Friday 15th August at Porthcawl RFC from 6 till 9pm for children from around Bridgend aged between 10 and 16 years as part of operation Firefly.

Raising money for help for heroes fund

The Regimental Information Team of the Royal Welsh Regiment will be at Celtic Crusaders on Saturday for their match against Salford City Reds, raising money for their Help for Heroes fund.
